I was contacted by the timeshare sales folks and they took me through the process that was very well established. I was impressed at how quickly nosotros were able to get my Disney timeshare sold! We are so pleased SellMyTimeshareNow contacted u.s.a.! We had doubts from the get-go, but felt like they were truly going to help us and decided to get for it. We are so thankful nosotros did! The style in which they handled everything took us past surprise and we were very excited to work with them. We struggled to attempt to find some identify to sell our timeshare without having to pay thousands and thousands of dollars. This is the place, they did information technology. They sold our timeshare and we actually received coin back! They were honest courteous, and very efficient. Honestly I tin't believe we were and so lucky to notice them. I would recommend this company 100 times over, it finally happened and we are out of our timeshare and maintenance fees! Thank you thank y'all.

Hi, simply a short notation to talk near SMTN visitor. My comments will be in 2 parts, the company and the process. As far every bit the company, great service, specially my sales rep. **, he was always available to respond all my questions and I did take a lot. He answered with patience, knowledge and promptly, these days, that is rare. SMTN followed upward with me and met all their commitments, what they said, they did, and that was much appreciated. Now the disappointing part, I purchased Commence-Diamond Resorts points, the process with SMTN started in May 2021, I am writing in February 2022 and I paid my points in full, but have not received annihilation to date, no confirmation from Diamond Resorts that I am the owner of the points.
I find it unacceptable, this is not SMTN's mistake, I believe that 2 things could exist the problem, either Covid has hurt this process or Diamond Resort do non like when points are sold between people, I believe they desire to have command equally they make no money on the points, therefore creating prolong wait fourth dimension. Patently, I volition call back twice before purchasing this type of product once again. I think that if y'all utilise the services of SMTN, you lot will be very happy with their professionalism, follow-ups only you had ameliorate be patient because who knows when you lot will benefit from your purchase. I heard from ane of the sharks on Shark Tank that this was a real business that DID help people share their timeshares. She was right. However... Anyone selling their timeshare needs to accept realistic goals and exist committed to selling. SMTN suggested I beginning out list at a two thousand dollars to come across what response I got. Note that I paid $15K (in 1994) for the affair, so for some sellers, that might be a tough pill to swallow. I already knew that I was not going to go back Nearly what I paid for it and I was determined to sell information technology and get out from the ever-increasing yearly ante.
In the finish, it sold for $100 and information technology took more a year to consummate that sale. Only, IT DID GET Washed. Other than the fact that it took a long time (not the mistake of SMTN) and that I concluded upward paying more to sell it than it was worth (again, IMO, not the error of SMTN - timeshares are fun when you buy them, only terrible investments in the long run), information technology was a relatively painless process.
Everyone I worked with at SMTN was professional and helpful. Notation that I listed my TS in Sept of 2020 at the height of COVID when vacations were beingness postponed past many many people. Not a great fourth dimension to exist selling. A buyer was found in mid-2021 and the sale was completed at the end of 2021 (the TS sale process is dull, in general equally I was told, simply required little attention from me other than attending to the associated paperwork). I would definitely recommend SMTN to anyone committed to getting out of their timeshare. They volition simplify the procedure for yous and exist patient with y'all for what could exist a sales process that takes 1-2 years.

Having participated in Wyndham Discovery I have enjoyed several high quality hotels in such cities equally Las Vegas, Orlando, Atlantic Metropolis, Puerto Rico's, and National Harbor. Subsequently averaging near how much it's ruined with calls without Discovery I estimate I would have paid five to $6000 for all the rooms With kitchens and Jacuzzi tubs, prissy living rooms pool, gyms, tv'southward, very nice rooms. I volition non deny that. So I figured I could proceed to go with Wyndham time shares.
Even so buying a Wyndham timeshares from Wyndham gets tin't be very expensive. For instance for 80000 points Price about $20000 That you lot pay with interest over a number of years whatever so basically they give you a loan for $20000 to buy this timeshare and then put involvement on elevation of that, plus maintenance fees And your interest is conducive on your credit score It's all very predatory. So you're probably saying why go with Wyndham. Well I didn't. I went with Sell My Timeshare. On sell my timeshare I bought a timeshare for About $4500 From people who were with Wyndham and received 366000 points. So 80000 biannual points, plus involvement and maintenance or 366000 bespeak annually for 4500.

I posted a full general inquiry to SMTN virtually selling, and then decided to agree off listing it. Seven months later an agent contacted me because my property (which was all the same in their system) matched the specific characteristics of a buyer. Once I agreed to sell it was all handled via email and snail postal service. Instructions were articulate about the deed transfer, timeline, and required documents, and all my questions were answered within 1 twenty-four hours of me emailing my agent. I had a positive and easy experience selling my timeshare in Colorado. Expectation management: expect a long expect and don't look to sell it for what you paid for it. Once my holding was matched to a buyer then the bodily process of selling was great with SMTN.
