Video About Mom Pushing Down His Baby Until the Baby Giraffe Learns How to Walk

Life Lessons

Baby giraffes never go to school. But they learn a very important lesson rather early on in life. A lesson that all of us would do well to remember.

The birth of a infant giraffe is quite an earth-shaking event. The baby falls from its mother'southward womb, some eight feet above the ground. It shrivels up and lies still, too weak to motility.

The mother giraffe lovingly lowers her neck to smooch the baby giraffe. And then something incredible happens. She lifts her long leg and kicks the baby giraffe, sending information technology flying upwardly in the air and tumbling downwardly on the ground. Equally the baby lies curled upwardly, the female parent kicks the infant again. And again. Until the baby giraffe, still trembling and tired, pushes its limbs and for the first time learns to stand on its anxiety.

Happy to see the babe standing on its own feet, the mother giraffe comes over and gives it yet another boot. The baby giraffe falls one more fourth dimension, just now quickly recovers and stands upwards. Mama Giraffe is delighted.

She knows that her baby has learnt an important lesson: Never heed how hard you autumn, e'er recall to pick yourself upwardly and become back on your feet.

Why does the mother giraffe exercise this? She knows that lions and leopards love giraffe meat. So unless the baby giraffe quickly learns to stand up and run with the pack – information technology will have no chance of survival. Most of us though are not quite as lucky as baby giraffes. No one teaches united states to stand upward every time we autumn. When we fail, when we are down, we merely surrender. No one kicks united states out of our comfort zone to remind usa that to survive and succeed, nosotros need to learn to get back on our feet.

If you lot study the lives of successful people though, you will run into a recurring pattern. Were they e'er successful in all they did? No. Did success come to them quick and easy? No, no! You will find that the common streak running through their lives is their ability to stand upwards every fourth dimension they fall. The ability of the baby giraffe!

Take you heard nearly a young sales executive from Kolkata who dreamt about condign an announcer on radio? He auditioned with All India Radio for a job. The authorities felt that he didn't have a specially practiced voice and he was rejected. He refused to have defeat and continued to hunt his dream.

He tried for a role in the movies. He got rejected. They thought he was as well tall. He kept trying and got a few lucky breaks. Only most of his early films flopped. He did non give up. He played an angry young human being in a movie that became a super hit. And the failed radio announcer went on to become the country's biggest superstar – widely admired for his baritone vocalization! His name? Amitabh Bachchan.

The road to success is never an easy one. There are several obstacles, and you are bound to fall sooner or after. You will hit a road block, you will gustatory modality failure. But success lies in being able to become up every time you fall. That'due south a disquisitional life skill. And it's the habit of all successful people.

Learning to win in life is quite similar learning to ride a bicycle. Equally you start to ride, you might fall and get bruised. It doesn't affair. You need to get support and continue to ride. Fall i more time? Get back up again. That'southward all it takes. Learn to get back up every time y'all fall.

And only remember one more matter. Next time yous discover a friend or a parent kicking y'all, don't go upset with them. Like the mother giraffe, they may merely be trying to teach you one of life'due south most important lessons. It doesn't thing how many times yous autumn. What matters is your ability to pick yourself upwardly and stand up on your feet once again.
